Welding, Machining & Hoses

At Twinhills we pride ourselves in being able to do anything, weather its making a new flange or cutting a trick thread on a piece of pipe we have the people and the know how to achieve this.

Our 10” thru bore lathe or 20 ton folder or 6mm guillotine or 60t Press we have all the gear to make things and with inhouse boilermakers, machinists and fitters we have all the skills required to keep our machines turning and our availability at 100%.

To complement this we also have our own in house hose container allowing us to make hoses up to 1.5” 6 wire or 2” 2 wire hydraulic hoses and everything in between.

Also have the capacity to pressure test hoses with our in house pressure test bench.
